1. Agreement

By using GSLA PDX Airport Car Rental (“we”, “us”) services and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement

Reservations are subject to availability and our acceptance. Payment and identity verification may be required. You must be of legal age and hold a valid driver’s license to rent.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us (e.g. by message or contact form). We do not support self-service cancellation; we will process your request and advise on any applicable policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Additional fees (e.g. delivery, extras) may apply. Balance may be due before the trip start date as specified at checkout.

5. Use of Vehicle

You agree to use the vehicle in accordance with applicable laws and our policies. Prohibited uses may result in termination and additional charges.
